No good optimizer will ever tell you plus or minus what to do.. why would they do it for free?
If you have a business.. or even if you yourself are a beginner optimizer, start from the opposite.. order on kwork or freelance, an inexpensive SEO site audit.. it will cost around 10-20 dollars. As my SEO experience shows, what they usually write there in these audits already roughly at least gives a direction where to dig and in which direction to learn and develop.
