I looked at MSK-IX statistics www.msk-ix.ru/network/traffic.html and noticed a significant increase in traffic in September-October 2015. I looked at AMS-IX https://ams-ix.net/technical/statistics --- there is a similar growth in August-September. What is it connected with?

People are returning from holidays, students and schoolchildren go to study - hence the September increase in traffic.
