Broadcast commercials by location on TV?

The task was set and the implementation of the issue of broadcasting commercials in branch stores in different locations.
And so it is:
Media server: 10.5.10.10
Location 1:
LG TV: 10.10.10.5
LG TV: 10.10.10.6
LG TV: 10.10.10.7
Location 2:
LG TV: 10.10.11.5
LG TV: 10.10.11.6
LG TV: 10.10. 11.7
The entire grid between locations is visible and pinged. Task:
We need software that can broadcast to different IPs in all locations.
I considered HomeMediaServer and UnrialMediaServer, but for them to work properly on SmartTV DLNA, all TVs must be on the same network.
From here the question is how to solve the issue of broadcasting and what kind of software to breed?
