Big time using a new laptop?
A day ago I bought a laptop in DNS, the seller opened it in front of me, today I got around to checking it and this is what the CrystalDiskInfo program showed me.
If the laptop is new, how is this possible? Is there any other program for checking this type? How would you act in such a situation?

Throw out netwatch and write a script with the necessary logic.
Ping something like Google-Yandex on the routes of interest and, based on this, decide what and how to switch.
The logic can be very different.
To ping a specific route, you must first mark it, and then use itping 8.8.8.8 routing-table=RouteMark
I would consider a solution using OSPF dynamic routing protocol.
What is at the second end, where is the OpenVPN server? Can you manage it?
If so, and if I understand the problem correctly, the solution is something like this:
Make two constantly working tunnels, one from the main, the second from the backup channel.
For the first one, set distance = 1, for the second one = 2, so that the traffic goes through the main channel, if it works.
Configure OSPF to route all traffic through OpenVPN.
If both tunnels are not available, in theory, the default route should work for you -
# DST-ADDRESS PREF-SRC GATEWAY DISTANCE
0 ADS 0.0.0.0/0 10.119.24.145 1
Thank you all for your help and support, I decided to do it and returned the laptop.
Not without difficulties, the consultants argued that this is the norm, it is new and 700 hours is generally a trifle for an SSD, they just tested it, it should be so, then they said to give it for examination (although it would seem), but an adequate store manager gave the go-ahead for a return.
ps from the product page on https://www.dns-shop.ru/ they simply silently deleted my review, there were no insults, etc., it was as concise as possible and described this situation.
Well, for myself, I drew conclusions.
Recently on Habré they told this about both DNS and Pleer.
File a complaint with the store.
The question is solved, but still interesting ... was there no "revitalized" in the description? Koresh bought a poppy with a revitalized SSD - he says they are all like that and it's normal ...
