Why does the ZTE ZXV10 H108 router from Ukrtelecom support no more than 3 devices?

Home Internet from Ukrtelecom. And a wifi router from them. So, the router does not cling to more than 3 devices at the same time. Maybe 4. And since my neighbor also uses my Internet via wifi, this is a problem - I have only 3 devices that it is desirable to have access to the network.
Tried fiddling with the settings - does not help. The maximum number is set to 32 in the settings.

The easiest way is to cut everything on this "craft" except for the ADSL part, and put it in the "bridge" mode. And after it, buy and install a normal router, zuxel there, or linksis, or asus.
