Why don't USB devices start when Windows starts?
At the start of Windows 10, for the last month, USB ports have ceased to be detected - so the mouse and camera and flash drives are simply not visible.
I go into the device manager - they are there but with an exclamation point.
I press disable and then enable - everything works as it should.
And so on until the next reboot.
In device properties it says:
Device PCI\VEN_1B21&DEV_1142&SUBSYS_85BF1043&REV_00\4&2602a21f&0&00A9 had a problem starting.

UPDATE:
didn't fix the problem. Removing drivers didn't work. updating the chipset driver did not work. auto-update only finds new manufacturer's drivers. I decide to put them myself. There were no updates to the chipset or USB drivers when it stopped working.

Does it work in bios?
At startup or when loading Windows?
How do you access the controller?
If Windows, try to remove and not disable the devices, also reinstall the chipset driver.
