What is the quietest server / case to choose for the office?

There is a server based on Core i3-2100, S1200BTL
In connection with the move, we lost a separate server room, now it is in the office and its noise level, to put it mildly, is not acceptable.
Accordingly, the question is: how to significantly reduce the noise level? I am considering moving to another case with other coolers and to another platform (preferably with ddr3 memory and the ability to accommodate 6-8 hdd without cooler howls)
.

There are many low-noise desktop cases, all sorts of Fractal Design and others. Full-size, ATX boards, with many HDD bays and well-thought-out cable management and cooling.

instead of 12 volts
, connect all coolers to 7 volts (+5 +12,
except for the processor one (as an option, replace if it makes noise = the issue price is 200-500 rubles
