What is the paper jam problem?

The office has a kyocera m2030dn and always swears that the paper is stuck. I opened it, I checked, there was nothing, I cleaned it. There is sometimes a small jam in the center of the paper when ejecting. If anyone has experienced this please let me know.

in 80% of cases the problem is in the intake rollers
