What is the normal temperature for the Intel Core i7 3770K?

The idle temperature is 50-54 degrees.
When performing any tasks: loading a page, loading a file - it can jump up to 57.
The thermal paste was changed 2 years ago (Mx-4).
The cooler is installed Intel e97378-001

The temperature is clearly not normal.
What is the rate for downtime and load?
How to get the norm?

Normal temperature, taking into account the cooler. If it is 60+ in idle and 80+ under load, then you should start to worry.
If you want to lower the temperature, then put a dropsy or a good cooler from noctua. It may be worth replacing the case for better cooling.

Even 60 degrees during operation is quite normal temperature.
