The idle temperature is 50-54 degrees.
When performing any tasks: loading a page, loading a file - it can jump up to 57.

Normal temperature, taking into account the cooler. If it is 60+ in idle and 80+ under load, then you should start to worry.
If you want to lower the temperature, then put a dropsy or a good cooler from noctua. It may be worth replacing the case for better cooling.
Even 60 degrees during operation is quite normal temperature.
