Authoritative sources for thermal pastes?

Good afternoon!
At work, I encountered such a situation that it was necessary to justify the management of the need to replace the thermal paste on the processors over time.
The manual requires reference to any official sources where this may be indicated. Does anyone know if there are similar documents?

If the management requires a report on such a trifle as thermal paste, then hammer it and do not change it.
If the processors are really overheating - wait until they burn out. Then change processors.
If they don't overheat, then you don't need to change the thermal paste. Are you an admin or a service center after all?

I think such things have been chewed on in detail and more than once on ixbt.com, I advise you to smoke this resource. Or ask on their forum - they quickly throw links there.

"Official"? GOST go again? :D Although... Exactly! GOST for the same KPT-8 and Alsil (s) and there is a service life !!! There is simply nowhere to be more official.
