Can AV Out be connected to a laptop?

The camera has an AV Out connector. I wanted to transfer photos from it to a laptop, but on the laptop there are only USB connectors, a microphone input / output and a VGA (D-Sub) connector of the "mother" type. Will he fit? Is there an adapter with AV Out?
Or does the laptop have to have hdmi?

I will upset you, but even the presence of HDMI will not help you - it is an output and not an input.
If you still really want to implement this option, then you will have to purchase some kind of USB TV-tuner with AV input or a USB video capture card.

In general, choose equipment that has an input corresponding to your output on photographic equipment.
