Why does Windows boot on one PC and not on another?

Good day to all. Here's the story, my friend's Windows crashed (there were a lot of BSOD errors when starting windows 10 and everything was different), I connected the screw to my PC - the errors are the same. I reinstalled Windows - everything works on my PC, it doesn't, again, when loading, a blue screen appears with an error "0x0000007b" and turns off. I swapped the RAM, read on the net that I need to change the mode from IDE to AHCI, but in the BIOS settings it does not have such an item. The mother is very old. What could be the problem, my Windows boots and it doesn't?
UPD1. Thanks for the advice friends. I installed Windows on the screw from my computer, tobish from the wrong one on which it does not start. I will try to install on the machine with which it will work

0x0000007b is translated into human language as "boot device not available". Typical sources of the problem - Windows does not have a chipset driver (SATA controller), looks for a boot volume on the wrong partition (partition table changed), the device has moved (to a different IDE channel / SATA port) or was on IDE, became on the SATA bus (or vice versa ).

Reinstalled Windows - everything works on my PC, it doesn't

As in one tale from a bashorg: "Just imagine, you go to the mirror in the morning with a hangover, but it's not you."
During installation, Windows adds a bunch of drivers to the boot that are necessary to run devices tied to a specific hardware configuration. Naturally, these drivers do not work on other devices, and Windows does not voluntarily want to scan devices at each boot.

Before transferring the hard disk to another computer, remove the following devices in the task manager:
- disk device (your hard disk)
- ide / sata / achi / scsi
controller The manager will ask you to reboot, do not agree. Just turn off your computer and move the disk to a new location. If the standard delivery of Windows has a driver for the chipset of another computer, then everything will work.

The problem can be caused by different SATA controllers in your computers. Try booting Windows in safe mode through the installation disk, there is a chance that the system will detect and load the correct driver.
