How to unlock AMD-V in BIOS of HP ProBook products?

The best thing to do is to search the internet (done, no results) and ask support (didn't), but maybe someone has already solved this.

There are no BIOS settings to enable virtualization (AMD-V) in the HP ProBook 6465b laptop. In this regard, you cannot assign more than 1 core in a virtual machine, although there are 4 cores in the processor of this model (A6-3410MX APU).

VirualBox (4.1.16) when trying to install 2 or more cores says:
AMD-V is disabled in BIOS (VERR_SVM_DISABLED) Код ошибки: E_FAIL (0x80004005) Компонент: Console Интерфейс: IConsole {1968b7d3-e3bf-4ceb-99e0-cb7c913317bb} ... and does not open a session for the VM until 1 core (1 virtual processor) is set in the settings.

Question: Are there any known ways to enable AMD-V in the BIOS?

Does your laptop CPU definitely support AMD-V virtualization?
