Why does a computer work with one monitor and not work with another?
In my previous question, you can understand where the situation came from)
Computer with 11700 (with built-in) k, gtx 1070. I was working with one monitor without a video card. Put the video card connected - it works. Carried away connected to another monitor - it works, it enters Windu but there is no picture.
The mother makes 5 short ones, but as I understand it, this is an add-on from the manufacturer, there are 4 lights indicating the passage of post codes and at each stage it highlights the error with 5 short ones.
Carried back connected to the old one - it works. To the new one - it doesn’t work)
I changed the power cable to the old one, changed the video cable to the old one, connected it to the same output, it still beeps with the new monitor and does not show, with the old one it shows and is silent. I checked the monitor by connecting to a laptop. The input on it is chosen exactly right.
I understand that this is some kind of sur, but these are the pies, I have already double-checked everything

As far as I understand, the problem is in the BIOS, Windows and its video drivers have nothing to do with it.
If this is the case, then you need to take care of updating the firmware of the motherboard to the latest version.
If it turns out that you already have the latest version - well, then you are "lucky" to catch a completely new glitch, still unknown to the authors of the firmware. Then it makes sense to write to them, describe in detail what is happening and ask them to include a solution to this problem in the next version of the BIOS update. And then wait for it to be made available.
