I bought a phenonx6 processor, but when it is introduced, mysticism occurs, all the inscriptions are broken (either the symbols are left, then there are no inscriptions at all, then only a beech) something starts up, something doesn’t, the RAM is all clogged (not viruses, since with the old processor all the rules (RAM 8gig)), and so, a stone in the trash or something can be done?

Did you reinstall the OS?
About 5 years ago it was still relevant - you change the motherboard or percent - get ready to rearrange Windows. It is not always necessary with processors if the architecture is the same, but anything can happen)
So try to put a clean Windows next to it and test it from under it.
