Is it possible to improve the processor on Lenovo g50-45?

The laptop is very slow. In the browser it is sometimes not possible to go to some "fancy" site. A year ago, I added 2GB of RAM, it became 4GB, but it did not affect the work much. The laptop is too weak, I think maybe before buying a new one, you can get by with replacing the processor with a more powerful one?
Now stands AMD E1-6010 APU with AMD Radeon R2 graphics 1.35Hz.
