What is the minimum level of knowledge to work in data analysis/ML?

I am a Backend web developer with 4 years of experience. Has a higher education, graduated from the department of CIS. For the past six months, I have been interested in the topic of data analysis.
During this time, I studied python3, touched scikit-learn, read the book "Programming the Collective Mind".
At work, in one production project, I implemented simple text classifiers: for spam / not spam in messages and classification of published text. Used Scikit-learn + Flask.
I do this in my spare time from my main job. The activity itself is interesting, so I ask questions in more detail to find out what a set of knowledge/experience should be in order to move into this area full-time.
Saw similar questions on a toaster that were asked over 3 years ago. I would like to update the information.
Thanks in advance for your replies.

There are many possible answers to your question. But if the information already three years ago is outdated for you (although I don’t understand how basic, fundamental knowledge can become outdated. Yes, and more recent versions on the Toaster are in bulk. Oh well), then here’s the latest research on a given topic
