What is the Intel Iris video card on a MacBookPro comparable to?

I can’t say for sure which version of my video card, since I bought a macbook two days ago and for some reason I can’t find detailed specifications, even in the system report.
With which card can I compare my vidyuhu? It is interesting to know if the laptop will work without lags for 3D + AfterEffects design?

The question is too vague, because 3D + AfterEffects itself does not consume a lot of resources, it all depends on what exactly you will be working on (file sizes, etc.) ...
I myself have a similar laptop, but newer for a year, Frankly, the video is good, but not ideal. In Ps, it is used normally, with the same file, Air starts to lag.
If we compare, then I have a Radeon 650ti 2Gb on my PC, the power of Iris is 10-30% weaker by eye.
