And everything after that in SQL Server Studio does not connect under Windows Authentication or SQL Authentication. 1) Stopped the SQL service
2) Went into the whine directory cd \Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10_50.1\MSSQL\Binn
3) Executed the sqlservr.exe -m
command 4) Went into SQL Server Studio
5) Added new admin (login)
6) Started the service again and logged in under the new admin in SQL Server Studio
