Do the stickers on the MacBook case fit the heatsink?

There is a Macbook pro 15 bought a couple of months ago. By the end of the summer, I thought about buying a new firmware, I'm just waiting for new pros. I carry a laptop with me a lot and I want to stick something on the bottom and top of the sticker to keep a more corrupt look.

The question is - will it interfere with this natural heat sink and turn the laptop into an oven? Sometimes I work with video and load the laptop heavily.
