What is the difference between Request and Query?

Why, when requesting to an HTTP server, it is Request, and to a SQL server, it is Query?

In the world of programming, these are synonyms.
In real life, Request means a formalized request, such as a formal request for information about some subject, which involves filling in some form (form).
Query is just a question.
For example, you come to the bank, you need to open a loan. When you ask which window to turn to, this is a query, when you fill out a form, this is fill in application, when you submit a form for consideration, this is a request.
