Artificial intelligence is the name of the whole field, like biology or chemistry.
Machine learning is a branch of artificial intelligence. Important, but not the only one.
Neural networks are one type of machine learning. Popular, but there are others, not worse.
Deep learning is the architecture of neural networks, one of the approaches to building and training them. In practice, today, few people distinguish where deep neural networks are, and where not so much. They say the name of a particular network and that's it.
