How to pay taxes when working in an upwork agency?
Hello.
I am a freelancer, I live in Russia, I work through an upwork agency. More recently, I learned about another Russian innovation here . In short, starting from May 27, I will no longer be able to use the payoneer card.
The question arises: what to do in such a situation? As an individual entrepreneur, I have my own current account, but I doubt that I can connect it to withdraw money from Pioneer, because in order to make currency payments, I have to provide my bank (Tinkoff) with an agreement and an invoice for paying for services from the customer. I can’t take these documents from upwork, because the agency pays me the money, I don’t take them out from my upwork account myself. At the same time, it will be quite difficult to conclude an agreement with the agency as a client, for this they need to hire me as an employee, which, alas, is impossible.
Has anyone come across a similar situation? Thank you.

A web application is everything that you open in a browser.
Native app - everything that you open on the device

I have my own upwork agency. I signed an agency agreement with programmers and transfer money to them in rubles at the exchange rate of the Tochka bank (where I have my account) to their IP accounts from which they pay a 6% tax.
Therefore, without any problems, demand the conclusion of an agency agreement.
