As part of our .NET marketing team, create and implement a strategy to market .NET Tools.

Can you please tell us what .NET Tools are? Yandex says it is

Well, something doesn’t fit in my head with the connection between the translation and Yandex’s answer.

.NET is a framework, so you need to promote some programs written on it in some kind of market or, in a broad sense, in the market.
