Machine translation from one language to another

As part of the preparation for the PhD exam in a foreign language, I need to provide a set of key definitions (at least 50) for my specialization in the format: Term (English) - definition (English) - Term (Russian) - definition (Russian). Maybe someone has a dictionary in mind that is as close as possible to this set? Or at least containing modern terms (adaptive and responsive design) with definitions in English, so that all that remains is to Russify. And then, no matter how much I google, only old dictionaries come across.
