What is the difference between ESD and OLP licenses?

Please help to understand the types of licenses. What is the difference between ESD and OLP licenses?
As I understand it, there are boxed FFPs, there are ESD electronic keys, but I can’t understand what OLP is. Can OLPs be considered electronic and classified as ESD?

OLP is a nominal license for a specific legal entity. face (IP is also included). There is a right to use any previous version of the product. You can install the product from one key and distribution kit for the entire organization.
ESD - from the above, the opposite is true.
