I bought an office 365 with a fool, the cost is 3554/year. And if you buy Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Student on the website - the cost is 2600 - indefinitely.
What's the catch 365 in general?

Office 365 is more about business. There are mail and cloud services.
And 2019, as written - for home and students.
But you get used to 365, I'm sure it will replace the office suite in the future.

• Smartphone applications
  
• Applications for macOS
  
• Outlook (not available in Home and Student version)
  
• New features. Classic office packages almost never get new features now, only upgraded to a new version, and that's not all
  
• 1 hour of paid Skype calls (per month)
