Can't manage folders in Outlook. What to do?
Can't manage calendars, contacts, tasks folders in Exchange Activesync account through Office Outlook app. When I try to do something with a folder: create, move or delete (this button is not available at all), then a message appears about the lack of access. I am not a co-op customer and the account is also non-corporate, ie. I cannot change any settings on the exchange server. I tried to restore the office, restore access to the mail file, create a new configuration file, create an alias with the outlook domain (originally the live.com domain) and log in through it, nothing happened. Has anyone else had this happen? Please help me fix it.
