Exchange 2016 and Outlook2019 how to fix?

In the new location, there are strange issues with Exchange 2016 and Outlook2019. The problem is not massive, but alarming. The volumes of PY are different from 2GB to 16 GB + some have Shared maibox connected with volumes up to 20-30 GB. It is expressed in the appearance of an error:

Often solved by unchecking or checking the caching checkbox. But then, for the same users, the problem appears again, and again in a circle - a game with caching. Help with advice on what can be done, how to diagnose the problem. The logs are clean, Test-ServiceHealth does not detect errors, Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer also sees no problems. I've read advice to try playing around with threshold on problematic users or on the whole Exchange, but I'm not sure if this advice is correct.
