What is the demand for fullstack designers now when applying for a job?

I am engaged in design, layout and landing sites on cms. Previously, I used to develop small freelance sites mainly to learn, and then I got into the company as a layout designer. The way I see it for freelancing is to teach everything as much as possible.
I work with html, sass, webpack, wordpress, figma, photoshop, js (basics).
Now I’m thinking of learning react or vue
Before getting a job, there were problems with the fact that employers didn’t understand how I could design and write code at the same time, and therefore in many companies they didn’t even give test tasks, but somehow I managed to get a job .
Tell me everywhere the situation is with what to do both design and code is "simply impossible" according to the majority, and it's better not to write about it at all in the resume, that I know both and fullstack designers are not really needed or will it still be a plus?
If I switch to some framework, will designer skills no longer be required to work in companies? And many now write that they need design skills for front-end. Now I have to do the layout and write the layout.
Also tell me what are the ways to get a job in the company. Lots of tips. Someone says make a website for yourself, someone advises you to make a page in VK. What generally shows employers in large companies that I know the job?

I'm Js Full stack and I have a lot of knowledge gaps because of what I'm doing. Front End && Back End development at the same time. Moreover, on projects where there are no clear requirements, I have to write bad code, because I don’t have time. For good code. And the problem is that the system I am writing for example. I have been writing for 2 months. And in a normal team, where I could take part as Front End or Back End. I would write it all in a month. No one needs Full stack. If you are an expert in one thing, you are more valuable. As a developer or designer, time is the most valuable thing. And we don't have it.
