How to find a "developer"?

Hello!
I am 15 and I am a beginner web programmer (1.5 years of study). Now I'm just practicing, doing projects (those that may "shoot" the deployment). Working in a team is much more fun and this is how enthusiasm and a desire to work appear.
Tell me how I can find a developer, preferably in my city (Ukraine, Dnipro), who would work with me just for practice (possible and sleazy communication, joint work, etc.).

A joint robot and enthusiasm is certainly good, but just go outside to some schoolchild and say: - “Do you support LGBT? Then let's go together to crush the elephant and the toad, ”the truth may be misunderstood, but this is the web, everything is like that there.
P.S. The question is absurd

Are there any programming courses for schoolchildren in Dnipro? It is possible to go there - to find company. Or just go to various free webinars on web development and look for friends in the chats there (more than half of the visitors to such courses are schoolchildren).

I have never advertised my bands, but do I think that this will help you find a friend..

Look at gamedev resources - there are many enthusiasts who make various projects (games) and are looking for people to join their team (most often also, for free, on enthusiasm).
