Can I opt out after the agreement?
Hello!
I don’t know what to do in such a situation: I have a guaranteed job offer and a second 50/50. The difference between the second job is 2 days (I will find out if I will work there 2 days later than I have to answer about the first one). Can I agree to a vacancy from a recruiter (only email, yes, I want to work, without signing documents) and then, in case of a better offer, refuse (after 2 days)?
I hope I have explained the situation clearly. Thanks in advance!

You have the right to say that you are ready to give your decision after some given time. In your case it is 2 days. In normal companies, where nothing is on fire at the current time and you don’t need to plug the place, just to agree to give you these 2 days. Well, if you are told in an ultimatum that we cannot wait and EITHER WE OR FALL. Then these are blackmailers and feel free to send them on foot. Then they can also ride you in this order with hands on work and in the end pay nothing.
You have a common situation - you were invited in one place, but you still want to know the results from other interviews. Another common situation is when you are invited to 2+ places, and you have to think (weigh all the pros and cons) and choose between offers.
So generally answer. In 99% of cases, they will wait a couple of days.
