Do you need pure Python to work?

I have been studying Python for a year, during this time I have tried many libraries like PyQt4, BS4 and standard ones. But did not touch Django. For all vacancies, knowledge of this framework is required. Are there places where you need pure Python to work?
And if not, then tell me what is better to study after, Java or C ++ (if possible with books). I look towards work in the field of software development, there is no education in the profile.

I had a resume for the vacancy of a Python programmer, they called about the development of software and scripts for the telecommunications sector and their protocols. It needed pure Python and it was possible to write its own modules and libraries. And so, now everyone rested on Django and web. Check out Flask...

If they don't ask Django, they often ask C/C++. Whether such firms take people without specialized education is another question.

There are such places. All kinds of automation, including testing, can be done in Python.
