What is the demand for an iOS specialist with age?
Good night gentlemen! Actually, this question prompted me. Those who have experience in working as an iOS developer (boiled in this) and others like them. Will it not turn out that at the age of 40, say, a team lead or higher, who devoted a lot of time and effort to this occupation, will turn out to be useless and unclaimed by anyone? Will he be replaced by younger colleagues? And what is the general gradation of career growth for an iOS developer? It just seems to me that this area of development is quite hype and not as serious as, say, with Java, while young people can join a startup, but what about when you want stability and normal career growth? Is it possible and for how long? I hope I am wrong in my judgment and you will correct me. Thanks a lot for the answers!

Skills and brains are quoted. these qualities, as a rule, only grow with age.
unless you're the last slowpoke.
and this applies to any area in IT, not just Yaos-Deva.
I am over forty. And I don't feel deprived at all. on the contrary, you have to constantly fight off offers.
