- Configuration and purchase of equipment (1 server + 7 workstations + laptop + peripherals (UPS/monitors/keyboards/mouse) + access points)
- Assembly of the server and workstations, installation of equipment on site
- Software installation:
a. Server: Win2008R2 + MS SQL + CC + antivirus
b. Slave. stations + laptop: Win7 + MS Office + SS + antivirus
- Creation of a WiFi infrastructure (internal / guest network, combining access points within one office)
- Setting up VPN tunneling between branches
- Setting up backup (not particularly critical, according to the customer, backing up once a month is enough)
- Supervising the issue of purchasing licenses (MS + CC + antivirus), conclusion of the Open License.
It is necessary.
Probably, it will still be necessary to tinker with the vitukha (I have not seen the office yet). Well, build a RAID array, test the operation of the server, SS, and everything else, and other obvious little things before commissioning.
Perhaps the trained eye of seasoned brothers in the occupation will be able to add something else important to this list that I have overlooked.

Good day. The cost of "turnkey" work (without licenses and "iron" - 50000r (a form of payment convenient for the customer). Deadline 7 working days - in case of violation of the deadlines, we are ready to bear financial responsibility. It can be more expensive :) It can be cheaper - but you will deal with laymen (who do not understand the amount of work) or swindlers (not puzzled by the professional implementation of the project) - with all the consequences, it is absolutely not worth it.
1) The cost of licenses depends on the licensing program and is approximate:
Win2008R2 (24000) + MS SQL (125000) + SQL CAL (4500*8=36000) + SS (?) + antivirus (9*1500=13500) + Win OS (6000*8=48000) + MS Office (8* 14000=112000) - despite the fact that the OS is already installed on the laptop, it still needs to be demolished because of its initial "clumsiness" - therefore 8 Win OS licenses, not 7.
2) Hardware cost:
Server (50,000 rubles) + 7 workstations (monik + system unit (3 years warranty + "hot swap") + peripherals - 7 * 18,000 = 126,000 rubles) + laptop (15,000 rubles). If wifi is not critical, you can use simple routers - ala "cheap and cheerful", but if WIFI is critical, I suggest using specialized UBNT UnFi APOutdoor equipment (but this solution is more expensive because it requires qualified installation and administration). VPN is made on the basis of enterprise routers (it rises 1 time, does not require attention and works forever) + 2 external HDDs for backups (depending on the volume, up to 5000 rubles per piece).
