How to install Microsoft OneNote on Mac OS X Snow Leopard?

Recently, Microsoft released a version of OneNote for Mac OS. Yes, it only requires Mac OS X Mavericks. I really don’t like this calf, so the question is - is it possible to install software for new OS versions on old versions?

These restrictions are made due to the fact that previous versions of the OS do not have the necessary functionality. I think that you can get around, but are you sure that everything will work fine?
