What is the best processor for machine learning with an Nvidia RTX 2060 Super graphics card?

I plan to buy a computer for machine learning, spending less money on it. I plan to take vidyuhi 2060 SUPER.
The processor would like a ryzen 3600, but most likely I will take a 3500 or 3500X. These processors, I am almost sure, will not become a bottleneck for machine learning. But I would like to take the processor even cheaper.
Tell me, maybe somewhere there are tests of a bunch of different GPUs and CPUs for machine learning?
Would a ryzen 1600 be enough for this? Would there be a big difference between 1600 and 1200? Comparisons of these processors for ordinary tasks are easy to find, but I haven’t seen how it will be with a good video camera and not in games. Then I'll save up money - I'll put it with a margin. RAM I think to put 16GB

Depending on what you use in the calculation, usually the calculation goes either through the CPU or through the GPU. Check the CPU load on your home computer and draw a conclusion. Or do you want to fit the processor directly to 100%? )) What for?
The Internet is full of tests for video cards and processors, I think you can easily divide one into another, and there is your answer.
