What to tweak to remove these artifacts?
Monitor HP P223, previously sinned on a vga wire, but yesterday I bought another video card and connected it via DP. In dynamic games and videos, in scenes with dark lighting, artifacts are observed, some kind of purple ripples. This is not a video card and not a cable - 100%, i.e. something with the monitor (monique under warranty). But I'm not sure if this is a defect, it has a lot of settings, including response time and so on. Maybe something needs to be tweaked?
Here are the artifacts themselves:

If these are screenshots, and not a photo of the screen on the phone, then this is 100% NOT a cable and NOT a monitor.
This is either Windows color calibration, or some specific video card driver settings ...
