Why do stripes appear on the laptop screen?

Hello, horizontal stripes flicker on the laptop screen (Lenovo Y50-70) from time to time. Didn't notice any patterns. The only thing I noticed was once, then it didn’t repeat - if you open the developer panel in Chrome and when you move the element color transparency slider in styles, they actively blink, if you don’t move them, they don’t exist. There are flickering on both windows and linux.
There are 2 video cards: GeForce GTX 960M and integrated Intel HD Graphics 4600.
What can be done, maybe the cause is overheating or something else?
PS. Since you can switch video cards, I always have the integrated one turned on, if I change it to nvidia, the flickering is saved.
PS2. Бывает начинает жестко мерцать, экран стает серым уже в вертикальными полосами и 50/50: или тухнет полностью, или начинает нормально работать.
PS3. Обновление: Я вот пока не знаю, сделал на винде диагностику ОЗУ - выдало "Ошибок не обнаружено", но мерцания исчезли...
