In the last month, constant problems associated with turning off the keyboard, microphone, after their death, only resetting the settings and reinstalling windows helps, in safe mode it works even after death keyboard and microphone, and it became obvious that the problem was in the software, I took down Windows, installed firewood from the official Acer website, but the problem returned a few days later, I tried the installation via drivepack, but the problem with disabling and death of the keyboard and microphone returned, PS usb keyboard works no problem with her.

the microphone and the keyboard are not connected anywhere, the audio codec is separate, the keyboard controller is in the chipset ...
