Why is my computer running slowly?

We recently assembled a new computer (briefly the configuration: i3 2100, gtx 1030.8gb, ssd120 gb, hdd 1tb), it would seem that for simple games of surfing the Internet and the office should be enough, but in the end the programs crash every 5 minutes and it’s impossible to work at all.
Tell me what could be the problem ?

The ideal configuration for office work, should work smartly.
If it does not work, then either the hardware is faulty, or the settings are crooked.
So - what does SMART drives say? What model of SSD? What OS? Did you make any OS settings, or did you leave everything by default? Did you install the system from the original image or from the assembly curve?
As the most likely options I can guess -

• Faulty hardware - broken memory, or SSD.
  
• Crooked installation image.
  
• It also happens that the user optimizes the system for SSD, which is generally a separate story.
