Is it possible to use the second video card as a cache for the first one?

Since the use of SLI and Crossfire does not provide much performance gain, is it possible to use the memory of one video card as a cache for another? Or does it not make much sense due to the slow data transfer through PCI-e?

Of course, you can encode anything, but it will not make any sense, since the transfer via pci-e is very slow (an order of magnitude or even two orders of magnitude than the speed of the RAM itself in the video card, since it is used there by independent blocks in parallel)

Theoretically, I think it's possible. But you just need to know the assembly language and be able to write a driver, since there are hardly regular and affordable programs available. So many would have already bought a bunch of vids and used them
