Screen freezes up. Only reboot helps. What to do?

Hello. I don't know what to do anymore. Help advice please.
There are 2 cases:
1) when you turn on the PC (stationary) on the Windows 10 splash screen (when the wheel is spinning), the picture freezes once every other time. A lot of reboots help. And for example, on the 10th attempt, I finally get to the desktop
2) For example, when you play + - 5 minutes in a game, some kind of game always freezes tightly. It helps only what I described in the first paragraph. But after that, the computer no longer hangs either in games or in a robot.

In these 2 cases in "event viewer": nvlddmkm 14 -> EventLog 6008 -> Kernel-Power 41

Tested everything. except for the motherboard. BP threw a new one. RAM. ssd also threw a new one for the system disk.
Helps only removal vidyahi. I took it to 2 different SCs. Vidyaha said normal, everything is good with her. I also tested it myself with 3dMark, etc. works good. holds heat and load. I tried to install old drivers on nvidia: 314 in my opinion and up to today's version (472). Doesn't save. The only thing in one of the drivers, in my opinion, was the feature of restoring the drivers while working in Windows. Then a reboot was not needed. Just yesterday I went to the manufacturer's website and saw that there is a standard on video 915Mz and a boost of 980Mz. and in CPUZ I showed 1070. I thought that this was some kind of inadequate overclocking. I adjusted it with nvidiaInspector to 915/980. Did not help. Windows has already been reinstalled 100500 times. It didn't help either. I've been servicing computers for 10 years now. Enough skills to install w10\Linux\Hackintosh. On other computers everything was always OK. What did I miss? What else can be done? Except replacement :).
What is most interesting, this computer was going to hackintosh. And the Hackintosh worked flawlessly. And when installing W10, this problem got out
