Is it possible to connect an external video card to Asus x510uar via exp gdc?

I have an Asus x510uar laptop, I plan to buy an EXP GDC adapter to connect it instead of a Wi-Fi card. And use Wi-Fi through the modem mode in the phone. But, after I read this article , I saw in paragraph 8: "Enable the "UMA Graphic" option in BIOS." But I did not find such an option in the BIOS of my laptop. Because of this, several questions arise:
1. How to check if the EXP GDC video card will be supported and work (maybe without the "UMA Graphic" option)
2. What video card would you recommend? I read that max. Mini pci speed is 5gb/s and only old video cards will work without cutback.
