What is normal temperature on Xeon processors?
There are a couple of processors of the latest Xeon lines, E3-1240 v2 and E3-1270 v3.
On both machines (dell pe r2xx chassis) the CPU load is not very high (apart from a large number of interruptions), but the temperature is kept at 70 degrees per core.
Servers stand close, pervorations on top of the chassis are closed. Air conditioning available.
70 degrees is normal? Or should I start worrying?

we really don’t have Dell, but Supermicro, but also Xeon E3-1270 v3 processors, during tests (cpuburn) the temperature rarely rises above 68, so on average it’s about 45.
So yes, this is a cause for concern, in your case I would ask for advice from Dell in chat, be sure to find the service tag of your server (for example in IDRAC) - it is always asked.
