If the download manager for Windows OS with the ability to remote control?

There is a home network of 3 Windows computers. There is a laptop that is used outside the home (work, travel, etc.) and I would like to be able to remotely download files directly to the desired computer or all at once without access to the remote desktop, etc. If there is similar software for Windows or some other way how to organize all this.
