What if PayPal requires non-existent documents?
At some point, PayPal decided that I bought or sold something illegal (of course, I didn’t do anything like that). After that, he asked for a scan of a document with a photograph and confirmation of the address. I sent a scan of the passport, but there is a problem with the confirmation of the address.
The address was not taken from the primary billing address, but from one of the completed subscriptions, which worked fine for several months. I scored it there completely without thinking that someone needs it. The address refers to a rented apartment, therefore, there are no official documents where this address would be and my name is not.
A conversation with support goes like "I'm telling you for the hundredth time, there are no such documents" "We understand that you are upset, but <standard sheet about types of documents>".
Has anyone had a similar situation? Did you manage to resolve it somehow? If you score on a blocked account, what will happen to it next? There is no money on it, but there are linked cards.

Do not write that there are no documents. Write that you now live in another apartment and send a scan of documents with a new residence permit + a scan of the lease agreement. + ask to officially change the billing address to a new one.
