PayPal won't let you verify your identity. What to do?

Hello.

Recently returned to using PayPal to work with a foreigner. So, in 2019-2018, there were no problems when transferring amounts from 20 thousand.

At the moment, PayPal does not allow the customer to transfer money to me, since I allegedly did not confirm my identity and my documents. Although everything is tied, even recently I changed the passport data to new ones, PayPal confirmed that everything is ok but does not allow transfers.

Bottom line:

I go to verify my identity and my site crashes, I go through the application and gives the error "Oops, this is our problem, sorry." If you check through the console, then the site cannot find the scripts it needs, or rather download them. It's been like this for over 12 hours.

Who faced this problem recently? How did they decide?
