I need to pay for the service, but not from my country, there are no acquaintances abroad who can help. Does the seller see my address through PayPal.

The seller will see your e-mail, name and "specified delivery address". If buying on eBay, you can specify a different shipping address.
There are sellers who only ship to PayPal addresses.
