Why does my verified paypal prime account have a daily limit of $500?

Your Account Limits
For security purposes, there are initial limits on the amount of money you can send, receive, and withdraw from your PayPal account. To increase the limits, select all the features that you want to increase, click on the Remove limits button.
Limits are expressed in base currency. If you use another currency, your limit will be adjusted to the amount in the main currency, which is equivalent to the amount of the transaction.

Based on the above, why does my prime account have initial paypal cash limits? ButtonRemove limits is not a link, so I can't follow it to remove them.

All accounts need to be re-verified
Where is the button for verification, I don’t remember, you can verify through the support

after a while (long, months) it can increase itself, but it’s better, as Puma said, to send them more docks,
however, in my opinion, it doesn’t correlate much, the limits will still be, if not US and not SSN
